Had a wonderful experience with Tyler at this location. He was very honest, friendly, and everything you want in a good salesman. I went in looking to trade in my car, for something. And then he directed me to something even better. He was amazing through the entire process, and Matt helped with all the behind the scenes. I purchased a new GTI a few days ago from Orillia VW and worked with Keane the new car sales manager.
